Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Tomohiro Inoue handles information in DaDaDa 2 and this support website. Effective September 11, 2026.
1. Player names and practice records
Your player name, lesson progress, results, and match history are stored on your iPad. The app does not upload these records to a developer-operated server. You do not need to register an email address or date of birth to use the app.
Please use a nickname that does not contain your real name, address, school, phone number, or other identifying information.
2. Nearby multiplayer
When you create a room, its name and the host’s player name are visible to nearby devices searching for rooms. After the host approves a join request, the two devices exchange names, temporary connection information, the course, readiness, progress, attacks, and results. This enables the connection, synchronized play, and result calculation.
Each player’s device stores match history, including names, the course, results, and correct-key and error counts. There is no developer-operated match server or internet leaderboard. Joining a nearby match is optional.
3. Information sent to advertising services
The app uses Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform. Google may receive your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and app information, identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic information such as crashes and performance. Google processes this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, handle consent settings, and operate its services.
Under the advertising terms for Japan, the contracting entity is Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. Google’s handling of information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy for Google LLC and its affiliates. Information may be processed outside your country.
Every ad request is configured for child-directed treatment and a maximum G content rating. Ad personalization and the publisher first-party ID are disabled, and IDFA is not sent under this configuration. These settings do not stop all information needed for advertising from being sent.
The app does not pass player names, practice records, or match history to advertising services.
See Google’s explanations below for its information handling, retention, and processing in other countries. Depending on your region, ad privacy options may be available in the app’s Settings.
How Google uses information from apps and sites that use its services
4. In-app purchase
The Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple’s App Store. The developer does not receive your name, payment method, or card details.
The app checks whether the purchase exists using Apple’s on-device StoreKit framework, only to switch ads on or off. Purchase information is not sent to a developer server or to advertising services.
5. Support requests
When you contact support, we use your reply email address, sender name, message, and any device information you choose to provide to investigate, respond, and resolve the issue. A parent or guardian should contact us about a child’s information. Please do not send unnecessary personal information.
We retain support information only for as long as needed to address the request and necessary legal matters, and delete information that is no longer needed. We do not use it for unrelated advertising. We do not sell or publicly disclose support messages, except where disclosure is required by law or otherwise lawfully necessary.
6. Retention, deletion, and your requests
App records remain on your device. Deleting the app may remove them. Operating-system backups and restoration depend on your device settings and Apple’s services. The app cannot remotely delete match history stored on another player’s device.
To request access, correction, restricted use, or deletion of support information held by the operator, contact us below. We will respond after appropriately verifying that you are the person concerned or their parent or guardian. For information held by Google or Apple, also consult their policies and contact channels.
We take steps to protect information, including limiting access to what is necessary and managing devices and accounts appropriately.
7. Children and parents
Use a screen name without identifying personal information, and play nearby matches with people you know. The names and results shared during a match are explained in the Nearby multiplayer section. The app has no free-text chat or photo or video posting feature.
Ads are requested with child-directed settings, and interest-based advertising is disabled. Parents and guardians can contact the operator below with questions or requests about their child’s information.
8. This website and policy changes
This website does not include advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical access information to deliver pages and protect the service. If you follow an external link, the other site’s policy applies.
Because this website does not perform behavioral tracking, it does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. Policy changes will be posted here with an updated date. We will provide any additional notices or obtain consent when required.
